At around 11:00 AM Eastern (15:00 GMT), we began receiving reports of an outage in our Kiln On Demand service. During this time, some customers may have experienced periods of intermittent sync difficulty. This issue is resolved. We continue to investigate the cause of and work on a fix for these persistent issues. We're also revisiting our monitoring systems and protocols for customer communications.
