On Monday, September 11th, 1900 UTC, we'll be upgrading Kiln On Demand to version 3.1.668. Upgrades will occur at each account's local midnight, based on its regional settings. Upgrades shouldn't cause service interruptions. All upgrades should be finished by Tuesday, September 12th, 2100 UTC (1700 EDT).
At 9:45 AM Eastern (13:45 UTC), we began receiving reports degraded ElasticSearch functionality in the FogBugz On Demand service. At 10:05 AM (14:05 UTC) our System Administration team cleared the ElasticSearch cache which resulted in the heap usage dropping and restored the ElasticSearch performance. FogBugz sites should now be back up to speed.
